Heart-Centered Therapy (HCT) is a gentle and loving approach to spiritual, emotional, and physical healing that entrusts the voice of your heart to guide you to alignment and wholeness.
In an HCT session, I will guide you through a series of questions to help you identify turning points in your life that are still affecting your life today. These issues are explored and healed at the core. Personal issues and conflict come to peace and resolution through love, acceptance, and compassion.
HCT Therapy addresses the direct physical effects of unresolved emotions and also accesses the original trauma where negative and limiting beliefs were formulated. As you are held in safety, love, and compassion of your heart, you are free to discover who you truly are. HCT offers inner child healing without reliving the trauma, and restores hope and a positive vision.

EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE
EFT, also known as tapping therapy, is an effective and holistic healing method that can easily be learned and applied on its own. It can demonstrably dissolve stress, fears, phobias, emotional blocks, trauma, and chronic pain, but also helps for weight control, limiting beliefs, and honestly with everything you can imagine!
EFT tapping has a positive influence on body, mind, and soul, knowing that physical pain and mental health are connected in a complex way with our emotional state. While tapping certain meridian points and formulating statements that resonate with you and your issue, the unwanted or unpleasant (fear, worry, unresolved trauma, pain, etc.) is dissolved and transformed into self-acceptance and self-love. By tapping these meridian points, the brain, nervous system, and suppressed emotions experience a sense of security, which leads to healing.
Meridian points are known from acupuncture, where they are used very effectively and EFT-Tapping uses these points without a needle and pain, but by tapping with your fingers.

Many have an unfounded image of hypnosis and, unfortunately, often unfounded fear, because therapeutic hypnosis has absolutely nothing to do with the hypnosis that you may have seen on television.
Hypnotherapy is undisputedly one of the most effective healing methods, as it opens the 'gateway to the subconscious. About 90% of our consciousness lies in the subconscious, which means that memories, habits, conflicts, fears and beliefs about ourselves that affect us every day are for the most part not in our consciousness. This means that if trauma is only addressed in the conscious mind (thinking, analyzing, understanding), there is a high probability that it cannot be completely healed.
During hypnotherapy, a state of concentrated relaxation, also known as trance, is achieved. This is important to bypass the critical thinking inherent in it.
The state of trance is a very natural state of our brain that is reached in a lively manner, such as when reading a book with concentration. In a hypnotherapy session, you are the one who determines what happens and you are wide awake all the time.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) helps you deal with and manage better problems, strong emotions, fears and everyday challenges by changing the way you think, and as a result the way your feelings and behave will change.
CBT is based on the concept that your thoughts and beliefs are the source of your actions and feelings.
Negative beliefs and thoughts about yourself can accordingly keep you trapped in a vicious cycle.
The aim is to find out which thoughts lead to which feelings and then swap negative thoughts that lead to unwanted feelings with positive and reinforcing thoughts, after which you will feel better.
