  • Practicing Mindfulness will help you stop the autopilot and fully appreciate the moment 

  • Grow in self-awareness and self-confidence, learn how to find peace, even in stressful times

  • Reduce anxiety and worries and become present in the here and now

  • You will be guided through a powerful mindfulness exercise you will be able to implement into your daily life

Janina, Thank you for the benefits I received by participating in the Soulful Connection and Inner Peace event held on the 7th of February your time. I have previously done meditation with you however with added connectedness and intention of this specific group on the day I was able to manifest for and immediately feel disconnection moving out of me via my right leg/foot. For most of the rest of my day I sat in my aloneness slowly reconnecting consciously to what I wanted to be connected with to start creating my future right now.
