MEDITATION MEETS EFT TAPPING

Today's time is fast and complex, which is why a regular practice of meditation and consciously coming together with people who have similar interests, questions and attitudes is a very important anchor, a gift to ourselves.

Meditating in a group, even if this takes place virtually, creates a wonderful energy and atmosphere and meditating together is easier for many of us than always alone.

The voluntary exchange after the meditation is a wonderful addition and deepening of the experience, all in a safe and non-judgmental space.

No previous experience necessary!

MEDITATION MEETS EFT TAPPING

When:

Every Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. via Zoom

Duration:

You can stay for the whole event, which I heartily recommend, for the meditation and EFT tapping (approx. 60 min), or you only stay for the meditation (approx. 30 min)

Costs:

This event is donation based.
Most donations are between 10-20€

PART 1: GUIDED MEDITATION

  • I will guide you through a mindfulness meditation for inner peace and relaxation

  • Bringing more mindfulness into your life will help you see yourself in a different light, trust yourself and your intuition more, and develop a healthier way of dealing with your emotions

  • Just make yourself comfortable, sitting on the floor, chair or lie down comfortably

PART 2: TAP THERAPY - EFT

  • Tapping therapy, or Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), has a positive impact on the mind, body and spirit

  • What would you like to let go of? Anxiety, stress, physical pain? Together we knock with statements that are right for you

  • You do not need to have any EFT experience to participate. I'll explain everything you need to know and walk you through the sequence

I know it can be a bit intimidating to join an online meeting at first, especially if you don't know anyone there yet, but you'll be amazed at how quickly you'll feel comfortable ​ with us!

You deserve to feel good about yourself, to be heard and accepted just the way you are!

I'm always open to your topic requests. So please let me know if you would like a meditation on a specific topic that is on your mind at the moment.

Meditation Class

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

1.

A guided meditation /  visualization / breathing exercise

2.

A short open conversation where you can share an experience of meditation or ask questions

3.

Anyone who wants can name their current issue, and then I'll walk you through the EFT tapping sequence, with statements customized for you. You can tell me your topic, or you can keep it to yourself and just follow me through the sequence
