Reiki 1
Usui Reiki Level 1 - Shoden
Healing for Self, Family & Friends
The 1st level is the basic training in Reiki, in which you learn all the important content and techniques for working with Reiki. We focus mainly on your own spiritual and personal growth and you learn how to treat yourself and others with Reiki. You will learn how Reiki can help you to experience greater well-being, health, confidence and fulfilment.

About the Course
The training for the first Reiki degree lasts 5 weeks and consists of 5 weekly group meetings via Zoom, each lasting approx. 1.5 hours, and your personal initiation on a separate date.

Between our meetings you will have time to practice, read the manual and record your experience in a practice log provided to you.

I will be available to answer any questions you may have during and after the training.

After our 5 meetings and your initiation You will receive your own official Usui Reiki Grade 1 certificate and the Usui Reiki transmission lineage.
